Non-heated, gentle yoga! This class is a practice in occupying your entire body with breath and embodied movement. Claim your space as you move through slow flows and longer holds, gently releasing physical and emotional blockages and tension with ease! This class opens with pranayama and mindfulness practices designed to drop you deeper into your body before you begin your asana practice. Gently cultivate strength and flexibility and finish with a grounding meditation and deep savasana! This practice is great for sore muscles and recovery times as well as anyone looking to slow down and realign with themselves. Open to beginners!
