LA-BASED Yoga Instruction

I offer thoughtfully sequenced Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Yoga for Runners, Yoga Sculpt, HIIT, Breathwork, Meditation and Yoga Nidra.

From vinyasa to strength training, my classes are somatic, breath-focused and trauma informed. You can expect “dancey” creative flows and cues for intuitive movement. As someone who struggles to stay connected to my own body, movement is my most precious resource. I hold space for students to perceive and care for their bodies on their own terms, as my teachers have for me.

I believe that moving, breathing and sweating can serve as a reminder of our humanness. It’s through this practice of working with ourselves, listening to what our bodies tell us, accepting present limitations and defying our own expectations that we become closer with ourselves and in turn, more accepting of and connected to the world around us.
